Each prize draw has a specified entry period. Entries received during this period are valid. Upon completing payment, you automatically receive entries based on your selection. Multiple entries are allowed, respecting the maximum Entry Limit (see below).

There is no cumulative maximum, but Nursery Jackpot may introduce limits at any time. Only accurate and complete entries during the Entry Period are eligible. Inaccurate, incomplete, or untimely entries are void. No responsibility is assumed for submission issues or technical errors.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, all prizes are awarded as is, without any representations or warranties (except those non-excludable by applicable law) and cannot be transferred, sold, substituted, or redeemed for cash by participants. Nursery Jackpot retains the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute any prize with an alternative item of comparable or greater value or cash.

Winners are selected through an automated random drawing process. A confirmation process, including a background check, ensures compliance with legal standards.

Participants must comply with the Official Rules and be at least 18 years old. Participants must be UK legal residents. We may require Participants to provide documentary evidence (e.g. copy of a passport, driving licence or recent utility bill) to verify their eligibility.

Potential winners will be contacted via email, subject to verification. If a phone number has been provided, the Promoter reserves the right to contact potential winners via phone.
